Gwendoline
Named after Mrs Gwen Bishop, wife of the president of the NSPS, This lovely sweet pea was bred by David Kerley (Unwins), and won the the F. C. Harriss award for the best seedling of 1998. AGM 1998.
Classed as a magenta by the NSPS, we regard it as a bright pink. Either way it is a superb variety and a consistent winner on the show bench. In addition, it has the true sweet pea fragrance.
