Eclipse
A deep mauve bred by Bill Laidlaw and introduced by Unwins in 1974. Among the top ten exhibition sweet peas in the 1990s, it won the National Sweet Pea Society Clay Cup for the best vase in the National Show in 1986.
Still regarded as the best exhibition sweet pea of its colour, it is strongly scented and ideal for cutting and for adding colour in the garden.
