Bred by Dobbie & Son of Edinburgh in 1906, this superb cream grandiflora sweet pea was given an Award of Merit in the same year. For a long time the closest approach to a yellow sweet pea, it was sold under many different names and fortunately seems to have survived the passage of time unchanged. This is a particularly highly scented sweet pea, even by heirloom standards. The 'white' seeds should be nicked with a file rather than soaked before sowing.
