The Post and Packing Charge is £1.00 for UK orders or £3.00 for all other destinations.
The easiest and most secure way is to use our new shopping trolley and pay by credit card via RomanPay or Google Checkout. We have upgraded this system so that it is fully automated and your card details are securely encrypted at all times. An extra benefit is that your credit card details are kept strictly confidential - we never see any of your card details. If you do not already have a Google Checkout account, the option to create one is automatically available when you chose to pay by that method.
If you wish to order more than one packet of an item, this can be done by either adding the item a second time, or by directly editing your shopping basket.
Seed orders can also be placed by email, fax or post. Telephone ordering is less convenient as we are usually working in the glasshouses. These methods are slower and less secure than using the shopping basket.
Payment can be by sterling cheque (UK banks only), sterling postal order or credit card. Canadian customers can also pay by Sterling Postal Money Order (available from post offices).
We no longer operate a manual swipe terminal. Please use the shopping cart which offers enhanced funcionality and security.
Only Sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank can be accepted. Due to high bank charges we cannot accept cheques in Dollars, Euros or any currency other than Sterling.

Orders are normally dispatched promptly, but delays of up to two weeks may occur between late August and late September due to the very high volume of orders received, or during holiday periods. Domestic orders are sent by first class post, overseas orders by airmail.
Customers are requested to advise us of their e-mail address when ordering by post. This will be used to notify you of any problems (eg if your order details are incomplete). We respect the privacy of our customers and do not pass any details on to third parties.
